Fack, it's lik waiting for Harry Potter but waaayyy harder!
HOLY MAN. It just occurred to me that both those movies will be coming out the same month. Funny if its the sam day. BAH. Why can't they just come out with HP now?? Or PE. I'd rather have PE come out now.

I SAW IT LAST NIGHT!!!!
Annnddd.....
Well, he was fantastic as always. But... I really did not enjoy the movie as much as I would have liked to. To be honest though, I really wasn't excited for the actual movie itself. From the Johnny interviews and what I had read about the film, it seemed like they focused more on the chasing and stuff to really develop a story. I kind of thought that the beginning of it wasn't very well written. You never really get to see why the public liked him. The story doesn't really get any of the character's backgrounds and kind of just rushed into everything... Even though the "rushing" lasts a good hour....
Yeah... The end I enjoyed and it was sad and all... But, overall, the storyline wasn't really organized. That is how I felt, anyways!
I want to know what you guys all thought!!
Also, for those who have seen it. Did you pee your pants at the Prince Albert part??? I really thought I was going to die.

I thought the movie was pretty good although i was kinda bored during the middle. I don't like Christian Bale as an actor so i didnt have any high expectations for him but he actually did a really good job as melvin purvis. I'm bad at writing reviews so i'll stop lol It's in no way a bad movie so i'd encourage everyone to go see it (i know everyone will anyways!)

I've seen it twice. I really liked it. Better the second time in fact because I was bored during some shootings but those scenes seem faster the second time. There are so much scenes that are great, and i loved the John dillinger's personnality. Johnny Depp is great because with small sentences and his faces we understand his character. I also liked the other actors. But I agree with whoajohnny (sorry i don't know your name) about the fact that we don't get why the public likes him. Because the money of the bank belonged to the public.

I got why the public liked him, I just didn't like how they didn't really get into that and actually show why the public liked him. Like they don't even really show in the movie that the public likes him, we just know the story because we've all probably looked up everything on this movie already, haha.
I agree with what annayaya said, I think if I see it again I will like it more the second time. The first time it was just kind of hard to pay attention at times.
