I had the thought of us posting CHOCOLAT recipes and then sharing how yummy our treats turn out. So if you have any yummy chocolate-related recipes feel free to post them! Also...it's always fun to eat chocolate treats during the film. So post your recipes!

Chocolate & Peanut Butter Truffles
Ingredients:
3/4 cup (1-1/2 sticks) butter (no substitutes)
1 cup REESE'S Peanut Butter Chips
1/2 cup HERSHEY'S Cocoa
1 can (14 oz.) sweetened condensed milk (not evaporated milk)
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
HERSHEY'S Cocoa or finely chopped nuts or graham cracker crumbs
Directions: 1. Melt butter and peanut butter chips in large saucepan over very low heat, stirring often. Add cocoa; stir until smooth. Stir in sweetened condensed milk; stir constantly about 4 minutes or until mixture is thick and glossy. Remove from heat; stir in vanilla.
2. Refrigerate 2 hours or until firm enough to handle. Shape into 1-inch balls; roll in cocoa, nuts or graham cracker crumbles.

Here is one of my favorites, not for the minors....probably one Jack Sparrow would enjoy! Chocolate Rum balls (makes 24) 2 cups chocolate wafer cookie crumbs 1 cup ground pecans <br>1/2 cup powdered sugar <br>1/3 cup rum <br>3 Tbs. corn syrup <br>1/2 cup chocolate chips <br>3/4 cup chocolate sprinkles In bowl, combine cookie crumbs, pecans, sugar, rum and corn syrup. shape into 1 inch balls measuring about 1 Tablespoon of mixture. <br>Line a tray with wax paper. Place balls on a tray and refrigerate until cold. In a double boiler using hot (not boiling) water, melt chocolate; let cool slightly. Dip balls into melted chocolate with only a thin coat. Roll in candy sprinkles. Place balls on the waxed paper lined tray until chocolate is set.

White Chocolate Macadamia Nut Cookies
1 1/4 cups butter 1 1/3 cups sugar 2/3 cup packed brown sugar 2 eggs 1/2 tsp vanilla 2 1/2 cups flour 1 tsp baking soda 1/8 tsp salt 1 cup macadamia nuts 1 cup chopped white chocolate
Preheat oven to 325F. Cream together butter and sugar until fluffy. Beat in eggs, one at a time. Stir in vanilla.
Mix together flour, baking soda, and salt. Add to the creamed mixture. Stir in nuts and chocolate.
Drop by teaspoonful onto a baking sheet. Bake for about 15 minutes, until cookies are golden.

Chocolate Marshmallow Slices
1/2 cup butter 2 cups chocolate chips 6 cups miniature marshmallows 1 cup finely chopped nuts additional chopped nuts
Over a double boiler, on low heat, melt butter and chocolate chips, stirring until blended. Cool for 5 minutes. Stir in nuts and marshmallows. On wax paper, shape mixture into two 7 inch rolls. Wrap in foil and refrigerate about 20 minutes. To coat rolls, roll in additional chopped nuts. Wrap and refrigerate overnight. Cut into slices.
